Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our products and processes.

We exclusively supply two heritage aromatic varieties from West Bengal: Tulaipanji Rice and Gobindabhog Rice. Both are short-grain, naturally fragrant, and processed at our mill in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur. We do not supply Basmati or any other variety.
Our minimum order quantity is 1 Metric Ton (1,000 kg) of milled rice. This applies to both Tulaipanji and Gobindabhog varieties. Orders below 1 MT are not entertained. For export and institutional bulk orders, we can supply in 25kg and 50kg sacks palletized for container loading.
We follow FSSAI and APEDA standards. Our facility is equipped with a Trendz T20 automated color sorter (Sortex) and an in-house lab to check moisture content, grain length, purity percentage, and broken grain percentage before every dispatch.
Yes. We offer custom packaging and private labeling in 25kg and 50kg sack sizes for institutional and export clients. All orders must meet the minimum order quantity of 1 Metric Ton. Contact our dispatch team to discuss branding and documentation requirements.
Our Aged Heritage Tulaipanji is aged for 12 months in temperature-controlled storage, which concentrates the natural aromatic oils in each grain. For both Tulaipanji and Gobindabhog, we use gentle de-husking and Sortex cleaning to ensure no heat or mechanical damage is done to the grain that could reduce fragrance.
